Winds aloft northwest to 13 km/hr.  Good day for paragliding in Bellingham & Seattle, with strong sea-breeze and Whistler express blowing out Chillwack and Pemberton early.

Paragliding Vancouver: valley winds light outflow becoming inflow to 20 km/hr as the day progresses. 3000 ft winds aloft northwest to 11 km/hr, becoming light and variable post 11:00. Seattle Paragliding - light outflow winds becoming north to 15 km/hr as the day progresses. Winds aloft north and increasing to 17 km/hr. Great day for paragliding throughout.

Vancouver Paragliding: valley winds light outflow becoming inflow to 20 km/hr as the day progresses. 3000 ft winds aloft light and variable, becoming northwest to 20 km/hr as the day progresses. Paragliding Seattle - valley winds light outflow becoming southwest to 15 km/hr as the day progresses, with winds aloft at 3000ft light and variable.  Bellingham & Vancouver followed by Seattle best, with narrow window to fly Chilliwack.

Vancouver Paragliding: valley winds outflow to 10 km/hr in morning followed by inflow to 10 km/hr in the afternoon. 3000 ft winds aloft east becoming southeast to 15 km/hr. Paragliding Seattle - valley winds light east outflow becoming west to 10 km/hr as the day progresses,  with winds aloft at 3000ft east to to 10 km/hr becoming light and variable as the day progresses. Seabreeze sites including Bellingham & Vancouver good for paragliding first, followed by Seattle.

Paragliding Seattle - valley winds becoming southwest to 15 km/hr as the day progresses,  with winds aloft at 3000ft light and variable.  30% POP, outflow aloft, and risk of OD and thunderstorm in Chilliwack and Pemberton this afternoon, paragliding is not recommended. Bellingham, Seattle & Vancouver with better paragliding prospects.
