Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seattle, Whistler & Pemberton area paragliding weather forecast. Transition to high pressure brings clearing skies, with some instability. Vancouver Paragliding: valley winds light outflow in morning followed by inflow to 20 km/hr in the afternoon. 3000 ft winds aloft southeast to 15 km/hr. Paragliding Seattle - valley winds becoming southwest to 15 km/hr as the day progresses, with winds aloft at 3000ft light and variable. 30% POP, outflow aloft, and risk of OD and thunderstorm in Chilliwack and Pemberton this afternoon, paragliding is not recommended. Bellingham, Seattle & Vancouver with better paragliding prospects.

1. Seattle Paragliding: -2.2C/1000ft lapse rate: novice. Tiger for P2 paraglider pilots 08:00-13:00 & 17:00-20:00 with P3 conditions 13:00-17:00. Chances to paraglide 80:20.

2. Vancouver Paragliding: -1.8C/1000ft lapse rate: novice. Grouse for Grouse Mountain Flying Team members. Watch for cloud to clear summit. Chances to paraglide 70:30.

3. Bellingham Paragliding: -2.0C/1000ft lapse rate:novice. Blanchard for P2 pilots 08:00-19:00. Chances to paraglide 90:10.
