Vancouver Paragliding: valley winds outflow to 10 km/hr in morning followed by inflow to 10 km/hr in the afternoon. 3000 ft winds aloft east becoming southeast to 15 km/hr. Paragliding Seattle - valley winds light east outflow becoming west to 10 km/hr as the day progresses, with winds aloft at 3000ft east to to 10 km/hr becoming light and variable as the day progresses. Seabreeze sites including Bellingham & Vancouver good for paragliding first, followed by Seattle.
