Surface winds in the Fraser Valley east to 10 km/hr becoming west to 10 km/hr as the day progresses. Seattle Paragliding 3000ft winds aloft northeast to 10 km/hr throughout the day. Valley winds east to 10 km/hr becoming west  to northwest to 15 km/hr as the day progresses. Good day for paragliding wiht strong lapse rates and advanced conditions in Whistler and Chilliwack.

Transitioning pressure brings mixed skies.  Vancouver Paragliding - 3000ft winds aloft light and variable. Surface winds in the Fraser Valley east to 10 km/hr becoming west to 15 km/hr as the day progresses. Seattle Paragliding 3000ft winds aloft southwest to 15 km/hr becoming west and easing to 8 km/hr as the day progresses. Valley winds south to 18 km/hr. Strong day for advanced paragliding in Belingham and Seattle due to blue holes developing and high lapse rate. Marginal elsewhere due to low cloudbase and instability in morning with overdevelopment and rain easing to 40% POP in afternoon.

Vancouver paragliding - 3000ft winds  light and variable, wit  valley winds light east outflow becoming light west inflro. Seattle paragliding - 3000ft winds 8km/hr from the soutwest becoming light and variable as the day progresses. Surface winds north to 15km/hr early, becoming light and variable as the day progresses. Not a good day for paragliding in Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seattle, Whistler and Pemberton.
