Seattle paragliding - 3000 ft winds aloft south to 47 km/hr, and decreasing to 27 km/hr, through 22:00.  Seattle valley winds calling for breezy conditions with northeast winds to 32 km/hr. Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seatttle, Whistler and Pemberton areas are not recommended for paragliding today.

Paragliding weather forecast for Vancouver-Seattle corridor.  High pressure brings sunny skies. Paragliding Vancouver - winds aloft at 3000ft east to 9 km/hr becoming northwest to 11km/hr post 13:00. Fraser Valley winds east to 10km/hr in morning becoming west with arrival of seabreeze.  Paragliding in Seattle - winds aloft at 3000ft northeast to 15km/hr becoming north to 16km/hr post 13:00. Outflow likely to be overpowered by anabatic conditions and seabreeze by mid day. Should be a good day for intermediate Paragliding in Chilliwack, Pemberton and Bellingham.

2. Paragliding Pemberton: lapse rate -2.4C/1000ft: intermediate P3 paraglider pilots. Wait for catabatic conditions to subside, snowshoe and paraglide Mackenzie post 12:00.  Dress warm as could be great smooth climbs today. Chances 80:20.     

3. Paragliding Bellingham: lapse rate -2.0C/1000ft: novice P2.  Wait for catabatic conditions and outflow to be overpowered by seabreeze.  Watch for possible North wind leeside conditions. Blanchard 12:00-18:00 P3 intermediate paraglider pilots. Chances 60:40.

Paragliding Vancouver: 3000ft winds aloft east to 32km/hr easing to 15 km/hr as the day progress; valley winds east 20km/hr and gusting to 40 km/hr, easing as the day progresses. Seattle Paragliding: 3000ft winds aloft southeast to 27 km/hr easing to 15 km/hr post 13:00. Outflow may be overpowered by anabatic conditions and seabreeze in late afternoon. A paragliding window is possible today in Pemberton,  Bellingham,  (and Chilliwack).

Leeside and high lapse rate could persist all day, grounding flying.  Wait for catabatic conditions and outflow to be overpowered by seabreeze, might happen late in the day.  Woodside 15:00-19:00 for XXX paraglider experts only.
