3. Paragliding Whistler: -2.2C/1000ft lapse rate: novice.  Whistler team members 11:00-17:00, with chances to paraglide 80:20.

4. Paragliding Pemberton: -1.7C/1000ft lapse rate: novice. Upper Mackenzie 12:00-17:00 for P2s with 70:30 chances to paraglide. 

5. Paragliding Seattle: -2.7C/1000ft lapse rate: advanced. P3 paragliding 11:00-14:00 becoming P4 conditions 14:00-17:00 at Tiger. Decent lapse rate, watch for early cloud. Chances to paraglide 60:40.

Low pressure tracking overhead from west to east as the day progresses, resulting in high rainfall warning and strong winds starting from southeast moving to south, southwest and west as the day progresses.

Vancouver Paragliding: gusty valley winds to ranging from SE to W and 20 to 60 km/hr as the day progresses, wiht lapse rate -2.0C/1000ft. Winds aloft at 3000ft SE to 22 km becoming  SW to 30 km/hr.
