SEA 3000 ft winds aloft NE at 15 km/hr and increasing to 50 km/hr. Valley wind NNW and increasing to 20 km/hr.

1. Paragliding Chilliwack: -2.9C/1000ft advanced peak lapse rate.  Early Chilliwack flows NE gusting to 30 km/hr. Wait for outflow to subside. North winds aloft early, place Woodside in lee-side early and then increasing West wind leads to rough blown out conditions.  Paragliding not recommended at Woodside today.  NNE wind aloft should make Bridal light up with dynamic lift today for soaring.  Narrow window possible for P2 pilots 0900-1300 with increasing crosswind, strong thermals and P4 conditions thereafter. Chances to paraglide 60%.

2. Paragliding Bellingham: -2.2C/1000ft novice peak lapse rate.  Blanchard Mountain should be below North wind aloft influence early.  Watch for possible switch to lee-side conditions by 1400 and rough non-flyable conditions. P3 intermediate pilots 0900-1400.  Paragliding prospects 70%.

High pressure to West combined with jetstream overhead, bringing clearing skies, but also strong NW to NE wind aloft and N winds to valley.

YVR 3000 ft winds aloft NW to 19 km/hr. Valley wind early W to N to 30 km/hr becoming gusty and increasing as day progresses. Novice peak lapse rate -2.0C/1000ft.

SEA 3000 ft winds aloft N and increasing to 50 km/hr. Valley wind NW and increasing to 20 km/hr.   Advanced peak lapse rate -2.7C/1000ft.
