Low pressure with 40-100% POP in mountains with strong gusty winds aloft and in valleys in Pemberton, Chilliwack and Vancouver.  20% POP in Seattle. 

YVR 3000 ft winds SW to 25 km/hr.  Vancouver Valley early SW wind 25-35 km/hr.  Woodside wind station reporting 20-35 km/hr SW wind at 0900. 

SEA 3000 ft winds aloft SW to 25 km/hr. Valley winds SW to 15 km/hr.

Transitioning  pressure with passing minor front aloft with high altitude cloud early, becoming progressively windier and cloudier early afternoon with possible showers late in day. 

YVR 3000 ft winds South to 28 km/hr.  Vancouver Valley east outflow to 20 km/hr becoming inflow west to 20 km/hr by noon.  Chilliwack Valley winds light outflow followed by west inflow to 25 km/hr.  

SEA 3000 ft winds aloft SW to 25 km/hr. Valley winds light and variable becoming SW to 10 km/hr.

YVR 3000 ft winds aloft light and variable.  Vancouver Valley east outflow to 10 km/hr becoming inflow west to 10 km/hr by 10:00.  Chilliwack Valley winds light outflow followed by west inflow to 15 km/hr.  Pemberton with30% POP and risk of thunderstorm in afternoon.
