Vancouver paragliding: winds aloft at 3000 ft forecast as light and variable through 22:00. Seattle paragliding: winds aloft at 3000 ft W at 10 km/hr through 16:00. Not a good day for paragliding in Vancouver, Bellingham, Seattle, Chilliwack, Whistler or Pemberton.
