iParaglide Right Site Paragliding Weather Summary, based on 05:00 forecasts. Low pressure brings clouds and rain throughout. Vancouver paragliding: winds aloft at 3000 ft forecast to 11:00 as E to 13 km/hr and then light and variable through 22:00. Seattle paragliding: winds aloft at 3000 ft light and variable through 16:00. Not a good day for paragliding in Vancouver, Bellingham, Seattle, Chilliwack, Whistler or Pemberton.
