Paragliding weather forecast for Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seattle, Whistler & Pemberton area, based on data available at 0600.

Low pressure to northwest and associated front brings mostly cloudy skies, rain and potential for thunderstorms in select areas.  A blessing in disguise as it is bringing some badly needed rain to check inland fires, reduce dry bush and precipigate smoke and dust particulate out of atmosphere.  Ongoing inflow will also help push particulate out of valley where it has been acummulating.

YVR 3000 ft winds aloft SW to 20 km/hr and becoming W to 22 km/hr.   Valley winds loutflow to 15 km/hr becoming inflow southwest to 15 km/hr.  Novice peak lapse rate -2.3C/1000ft.
