iParaglide Right Site Paragliding Weather Summary, based on 06:00 forecasts. Low pressure brings clouds, rain and strong SE to SW winds aloft. Vancouver paragliding: winds aloft at 3000 ft forecast to 11:00 as E to 57 km/hr easing to SE to 32/km/hr through 22:00. Seattle paragliding: winds aloft at 3000 ft through 22:00 forecast as SW 17 km/hr increasing to 27 km/hr. Not a good day for paragliding in Vancouver, Bellingham, Seattle, Chilliwack, Whistler or Pemberton.
