Vancouver paragliding: winds aloft at 3000ft forecast to 11:00 as southeast to 19 km/hr; switching to northeast to 20 km/hr through 22:00. Fraser valley winds forecast as east to 15 km/hr. Seattle paragliding: winds aloft at 3000ft forecast as east to 21 km/hr and northeast to 18 km/hr. Ground stations in Bellingham & Seattle calling for north winds to 16 km/hr.
