2. Belllingham Paragliding: -2.5C/1000ft Intermediate peak lapse rate. Great day for Blanchard.  P2 pilots 0800-1400 and 1700-2000 with P3 intermediate conditions at peak 1400-1700. Chances to paraglide 90%. 

3. Vancouver Paragliding: -2.9C/1000ft Advanced peak lapse rate.  Strong day at Grouse once summit is out of cloud.  GMFT P4 pilots 10:00 - 20:00. Paragliding chances 70%.

YVR 3000 ft winds aloft SE to 17 km/hr. Valley flow morning gusty east outflow to 30 km/hr, rotoring in places to SW to 30 km/hr, easing and becoming S to 10 km/hr late in the afternoon   Intermediate peak lapse rate -2.4 C/1000ft.

SEA 3000 ft winds aloft SW to 19 km/hr. Valley winds SSW to 16 km/hr. Intermediate peak lapse rate -2.4C/1000ft.
